Roche Harbor is the best place to start or end a trip in the San Juan Islands. Visit a historic hotel with a brand new spa, restaurants, a bar, swimming pool, a small but well stocked grocery store, and try a whale watching tour or an art walk. You will also find a shrimp boat with fabulous fresh shrimp for sale near the marina (the best you will ever have!) or you may choose to go crabbing (when in season). There is moorage available at the Roche Harbor marina.

2. Stuart IslandStuart Island is the most Northwestern point in the United States. You will find a historic lighthouse on this point with a fabulous views from just a short hike. Exceptional fishing and crabbing (when in season) can be found on this island. This is also an outstanding place for beach fires. Come anchor at Stuart Island (no services available or moorage).

3. SuciaSucia is an exquisite place with intricate fantastic rock formations unlike anywhere else in the area. 4. Rosario Resort and Spawww.rosarioresort.com *About 2 hours from Roche Harbor Rosario, an intimate resort hotel, is embellished with amenities such as a spa, restaurants and an outdoor pool. You will find sailing charters and an available shuttle that will take you to hike Mt. Constitution. A very small store with minimal supplies will help you re-stock the boat while enjoying the resort amenities. Moorage available.
